Sara has approached Paddle Creative to help rebuild and launch their website after a bad experience with their current developer. The business needs a better-converting website live asap that truly reflects what the business offers. This will be achieved through either Paddle Creative working on the Webflow site built to date or starting from scratch and building the site using the structure, content and imagery from the current Webflow build. but with vastly improved design and development. This will enable Fortes Clinic to take ownership of its online presence and help drive the business forwards.

What We Will Do
Webflow Transfer & Tweak
BEST FOR: Getting your website live quickly (assuming your current developer replies quickly)
This option is dependent on Fortes Clinic being able to take ownership of their Webflow website inside their own Webflow account.
- Paddle Creative will conduct a full audit of what has been built so far
- We will then recommend design and structural tweaks to maximise conversions
- This will be followed by rebuilding elements of the site
- We will then get the website live for you inside your Webflow account

Option 2
Complete Webflow Website Design & Development
BEST FOR: Getting a better website maximised for conversions and SEO and a fixed deadline of getting live
This option is based on starting from scratch and building a new Webflow website using the current structure but giving it a whole new and improved design and development
- A website site map and wireframe of the site wil be created (WHAT IS A WIREFRAME)
- A custom-design will be created in Figma
- You will have feedback rounds to fine tune the design
- Paddle Creative will develop designs into a fully functioning, custom website on the Webflow platform.
- Custom Website - Pages will approximately be similar to what the current website has, with a few tweaks
- CMS (Content Management System) Dynamic Collections - We will create collections forvarious pages so you can easily create new pages and content post-launch. All site content will be easy to update using the Editor and CMS (bespoke video training provided)
- The site will be fully responsive website including cross-browser and device testing (WHAT IS RESPONSIVE)
- Cookie Consent banner
- Google Analytics integration once the site goes live (optional)
- Submission and verification of the website to Google Search Console for better SEO performance (optional)

Ongoing Website Updates
Your website will be maintenance free. However, you will have the assistance of our in-house marketing team to help with ongoing content updates
- Up to four-hours each and every month access to our whole team with skills including PPC, SEO, Content, Design, Web Development, Social Media

Project Terms
- 50% to be paid upfront, with a further 25% to be paid on signoff of 1 page website design, and the final 25% to be paid just prior to the launch of the website.
- You can choose to host the website on your own Webflow account or we can host it on the Paddle Creative Webflow account and pass on the hosting fee. In both cases, you will be the legal owner of the website and have access to the Editor and CMS.
