Marcin has engaged with Paddle Creative to help deliver a new custom brand, landing page and signage for a new research project, Plan My Street. The project will aim to introduce visitors to the project in an interesting manner. This will be achieved through an innovative landing page built in Webflow, branding and street signage.

What We Will Do
Landing Page Website Design
We will create a unique, visually striking landing page that pushes the boundaries of design whilst still allowing for an easy user journey.
- A custom-design will be created in Figma
- You will have feedback rounds to fine tune the design
Website Development
Paddle Creative will develop design into a fully functioning, custom website on the Webflow platform.
- Custom Landing Page Website developed in the Webflow platform
- The site will be fully responsive website including cross-browser and device testing (WHAT IS RESPONSIVE)
- Google Analytics setup once the site goes live
- Submission and verification of the website to Google Search Console for better SEO performance
Paddle Creative will add all content data to the website ready for launch. You provide us with the content and we will take care of the rest.

Website Hosting & CMS for 12-months
12-months of secure, reliable website hosting of the website and a Content Management System which will include:
- Set up of hosting and migration of current website to new hosting
- 99% guaranteed up time on Amazon Web Servers (AWS)
- SSL - Essential security with a SSL certificate included for your site to prevent hacking and improve Google SEO (WHAT IS SSL)
- Local CDN (Content Delivery Network), which will increase website load spead and improve SEO.
- Access to the website backend, which includes an easy-to-use editor and CMS (Content Management System) allowing you to easily edit the website post-launch. This is integral with the AWS web-hosting
After 12-months, you will be invoiced for a further 12-months of web-hosting, website editor and CMS access. See below.

Branding
Development of a new brand identity and logo to bring the proejct to life, including:
Brand Deliverables:
- Logo creation (with variations for different formats)
- Brand Guidelines - To enable you to easily use the brand moving forwards including colour palette and font selection

Additional Services
Paddle Creative work with businesses like yours to scale them by providing a remote marketing team. We are your reliable and cost-saving business growth building machine.
Project Terms
- 50% to be paid upfront, with a further 25% to be paid on signoff of the static website design, and the final 25% to be paid just prior to the launch of the website.
- Website hosting is included for 12-months. It is priced at £190 per annum thereafter. This includes SSL certificate and CMS access.
