8BUK, a large and fast-growing housing developer in the Midlands required a new brand to showcase and sell their high-quality housing developments. Paddle created a new sub-brand identity bolstered by a new website promoted via a range of digital channels. The aim was to drive awareness of the developments and sell more houses off-plan. This was achieved and has led to 8BUK being able to purchase land and develop sites more rapidly, aiding their business expansion.
Complimenting the new brand was new creatives including site signage, office re-design, new business cards, vehicle branding and signage and uniforms.
