Natalie has reached out to Webflow Experts at Paddle Creative to create a stunning new website for the UK branch of the business. We will take the designs and develop them in Webflow, including advanced Javascript-based functionality to offer extra functionality. Option 1
What We Will Do
Webflow Development
Paddle Creative will develop your designs found on this Figma file, into a custom Webflow website.
This proposal is based on a maximum of 25 UNIQUE pages, to create approx 100 total pages, and includes:
- Custom Website Development- website created in Webflow
- Global stylesheet created to host components and class-structure
- CMS (Content Management System) Up to 12x Dynamic Collections created and linked to template collection pages (such as: Team, Products, Careers, Whitepapers, Blogs, Customer Stories)
- 6x Product configurators - to allow users to confugure products and add to a quote request
- Dynamic Quote request - We can either build a custom Javascript solution or use a Cognito forms based solution (pros and cons to both approaches, approach tbc but either option is included in this proposal)
- Geotargetting - implementing geotargetting
- Webinar Access - creating a way for users to sign up to Webinars and not have to sign in/up again
- Fully Responsive - The site will be fully responsive website including cross-browser and device testing
- Image Optimisation - alt tags added to all images and compression for optimised speed
- No limits - You will have UNLIMITED revision rounds until you are happy with development 🤩
- User Testing - we have allowed for a round of user testing to take place and subsequent website tweaks based on this feedback
SEO Migration
We will ensure your old sites are correctly migrated to the new website
- 301 redirects - we will crawl both current sites to collate a full URL list. We will then create a 301-redirect list to ensure any URL changes have redirects in place
- Metadata - adding of metadata to all pages
- Google Search Console (GSC)- we will verify your new site with GSC and submit the new sitemap
- Image optimisation - add alt-tags to all imagery and compress imagery used on the site
Onboarding & Support
We won't leave you in the lurch. We will help you and your team get to know your website and be on hand for support so you can manage your new site like a pro 💪
- Personalised onboarding training video showing you how to use and manage your website
- Ongoing technical support for 6-months post-launch of your website (such as bug-fixes)

Ongoing Webflow Expert Support
Your website will be maintenance free. However, if you add this option, you will have the assistance of our in-house Webflow Experts team to help with ongoing content updates and further Webflow design and development support
- Up to one-day each and every month for support anything related to your website (design, development, content updates, API integrations and more)
- Dedicated account manager
Note, this is an just example, we can +/- time per month according to your requirements.

Project Terms
50% to be paid upfront, with a further 25% to be paid on signoff of the Home development, and the final 25% to be paid just prior to the transfer of the website.
All prices are plus VAT.
The prooposal does not include any costs associated with Webflow or other third-party tools you wish to integrate.
