Option 1
What We Will Do
Phase 1 - Audit & Technical upgrade
Paddle Creative will conduct a full technical audit of the website, exploring all onsite issues including:
- Page speed & Core Web Vitals - look to fix any major issues and make improvements
- SEO Power - Ways to improve content SEO power including: internal linking, Table of Contents on blogs and more
- Sitemap audit - to see if there are better ways to improve site structure
- Fully Responsive - We will ensure the site is fully responsive including cross-browser and device testing
- Image Optimisation - alt tags added to all images and compression for optimised speed
- Analytics review - to identify current conversion drop-off points and confirm conversion journeys from the homepage.
- Hotjar - Use experience mapping using Hotjar including session recordings.
- Analysing user flows to visualise the highest (current) conversion journeys through the site and create revised user flows to improve conversions.
Phase 2 - Internationalisation
Paddle Creative will develop a new landing page to get you ready to launch in International markets.
- New CMS template - we will build CMS collection and corresponding template pages to allow you to build internationalised landing pages.
- Keyword Research - we will help you identify keywords for your new markets (up to 4 countries)
- Language Translation - We can integrate a language translation tool, such as 'Linguana' to help users easily translate the site based on location, and improve SEO in that country (Optional)*

Phase 3 - Ongoing SEO Support
Up to one day each and every month for support anything related to SEO and your website to include the following:
- To carry out ad-hoc web development work, such as updating our team members, adding new videos, updating existing copy etc
- To support with any content updates to the site, minor amends, new page creation and general development work
- To deliver monthly website performance reports – Google Analytics, Search Console and Semrush statistics
- We will work through any errors shown in SEMrush or Google Search Console each month where we have remaining time allocation and offer SEO suggestions each month.

SEO Content Creation
We will create ONE content pieces per month, including:
- SEO gameplan - Silo identification
- 1x long-form SEO content pieces delivered and posted to the site each month
- Internal linking implemented on these content pieces to improve SEO power

Project Terms
50% to be paid upfront, 50% to be paid on completion followed by the ongoing monthly fee as outlined above.
All prices are plus VAT.
The prooposal does not include any costs associated with Webflow or other tools such as Linguana. The Webflow pricing can be found here www.webflow.com/pricing.
