Samuel has reached out to Webflow Experts at Paddle Creative to create a property search function on their Webflow website, pulling a live data feed from their CRM. The project will see the site allow users to search for properties, view individual properties and the feed will be automatically updated via the API.

Webflow & API Development
Custom Website Development- website created in Webflow
- Create a new 'search' page on your site
- Create individual property page info on your site giving an oversite of property details, with data pulled from MRI Software
- Connect MRI Software data via API to Webflow, using Wized as the intermediate link source
- Testing and maintenance of API connections
- Up to 10,000 page views of data per month (higher tiers are available if required)

Project Terms
- 50% to be paid upfront, and the final 50% to be paid just prior to the feed going live on the website.
- All prices are plus VAT.
- The prooposal does not include any costs associated with Webflow, but does include costs to cover Wized (up to 10,000 views per month).
- We can only work with what MIRI Software provides via API, so keep in mind a full scope of what data we can pull across will not be known until we start development.
