Project Overview
Jess has approached Paddle Creative to help develop a new custom Webflow website to enable the business to launch a new brand called Springbird IP. Paddle Creative will create a custom Webflow website, developed from designs provided by the client, in addition to designing several more pages. Paddle Creative will help to project-manage the project, working with stakeholders to deliver the new website timely and with minimal friction.

What We Will Do
Website Design
We will design the site in Figma.
- Complete 5x pages (tweak designs that are already almost complete)
- Design 11x further pages
- Provide royalty free stock imagery and videos from the 'Envato' library (plus access to the Adobe Stock image library)
- You will have UNLIMITED design rounds until you are happy with designs 🤩
Webflow Website Development
Paddle Creative will develop designs into a custom website on Webflow.
- Custom Website - Up to 16x UNIQUE page layouts developed on Webflow. Note that each page can have different content, and this proposal includes up to 16x unique layouts (if more are required, please let us know)
- Global stylesheet created to host components and class-structure (using the Client-First framework)
- CMS (Content Management System) Up to 5x Dynamic Collections created and linked to template collection pages (such as blogs, case studies)
- Webflow Interactions - advanced interactions added to bring designs to life
- Lottie - implementation of lottie animations (Paddle Creative can assist with creating up to 8 Lottie icons if required)
- Fully Responsive - The site will be fully responsive website including cross-browser and device testing
- Alt-tags optimisation of all imagery on your website and image compression

Ongoing Webflow Expert Support
Your website will be maintenance free. However, you will have the assistance of our in-house Webflow Experts team to help with ongoing content updates and further Webflow design and development support
- Up to five-hours each and every month for support anything related to your website (design, development, content updates, Zapier-based API integrations)
- Dedicated account manager
Note, this is an just example, we can +/- time per month according to your requirements.

Project Terms
- 50% to be paid upfront, with a further 25% to be paid on signoff of the Home page design and development, and the final 25% to be paid just prior to the transfer of the website.
- All prices are plus vat.

Onboarding & Discovery -
Webflow Website Development
- Paddle Creative will set up your project and create a shared Google Drive to share assets.
- Within Webflow we will create a styleguide which will host al your classes, based on the Client First naming convention, and all global components
- Once we receive content and designs for your Home page we will develop this in Webflow, with revision opportunities.
- Once the Home page is signed off we will develop the rest of the site.
- We will optimise your imagery prior to adding to your project.
- Throughout the process, we will give clear deadlines and feedback to stakeholders on what is required.
- Yor website will then be ready to go live and we will transfer your site to your Webflow account.
