This will be achieved through the creation of a new bespoke website built in Webflow, enabling the business to target their desired persona, showcase the business and portfolio and accelerate the business growth.

What We Will Do
Website Design
- The process will begin with a Discovery Meeting to discuss your needs, inspiration and get a full understanding of what you require to fulfill the brief
- A website site map and wireframe of the site wil be created (WHAT IS A WIREFRAME)
- A custom-design will be created in Figma
- You will have feedback rounds to fine tune the design
Webflow Website Development
Paddle Creative will develop designs into a fully functioning, custom website on the Webflow platform.
- Custom Website - Pages will approximately be Home / Our Story / Projects / Team & Testimonials / News & Blog / Funds / Documents / Contact. The exact number of pages is not fixed. An approximate outline of pages ican be found here in the sitemap
- CMS (Content Management System) Dynamic Collections - We will create collections for Case Studies, Documents, Team and News/Blog so you can easily create new pages and content post-launch. All site content will be easy to update using the Editor and CMS (bespoke video training provided)
- The site will be fully responsive website including cross-browser and device testing (WHAT IS RESPONSIVE)
- Cookie Consent banner
- Google Analytics integration once the site goes live (optional)
- Submission and verification of the website to Google Search Console for better SEO performance (optional)

- Free personalised training video showing you how to use and manage your website
- Ongoing technical support for 12-months post-launch of your website.

Ongoing Website Updates
Your website will be maintenance free. However, you will have the assistance of our in-house marketing team to help with ongoing congtent updates
- Up to four-hours each and every month access to our whole team with skills including PPC, SEO, Content, Design, Web Development, Social Media
- Updating anything related to your website
- Dedicated account manager

Project Terms
- 50% to be paid upfront, with a further 25% to be paid on signoff of 1 page website design, and the final 25% to be paid just prior to the launch of the website.
- You can choose to host the website on your own Webflow account or we can host it on the Paddle Creative Webflow account and pass on the hosting fee. In both cases, you will be the legal owner of the website and have access to the Editor and CMS.
- All international money transfer fees to be covered by the client.
Approx Project Timeline
The following timeline is approximate and assumes all content and assets are provided when required by your team.
Phase One: Approx 2-3 Weeks
Research & Design
- Paddle Creative will undertake a Discovery meeting to research your business, competitors and potential customers.
- A website site map and wireframe will be created for approval.
- When we have your content, we will develop designs for your website in Figma, allowing you to feedback and for revisions.
Phase Two: Approx 3 Weeks
Website Development
- In this stage, Paddle Creative will collate your imagery and build your website in Webflow.
- This will be followed by cross-browser testing and setting up SEO and Open-graph metadata to improve SEO. Your website will not be live yet, it will be on a 'staging' domain (private URL). There will be ample opportunity to feedback on the design.
- Yor website will then be ready to go live. We can assist in getting your website live on your domain.
