Web Designer Freelance Roster

We are looking for kick-ass Web Designer to help design Webflow websites for our partners - to join our Freelance Roster to help bolster our capacity and grow expertise.

Whilst this is an application to join our Freelance Roster, many of our existing team began their Paddle Creative journey this way and are now full-time Paddlers, with all the benefits that brings. We aim to foster long-term relationships.

Location: Remote (must work within the UK timezone, but based anywhere)
Contract: Freelance - amount of hours per week will vary.
Hours: We will confirm availability with you for each project or task we ask for help with. This could be hourly ad-hoc requests, or larger projects.
Skillset: Must be a Figma pro. Bonus if you are experienced in using Relume components.
