Challenge

Blackwater Farm, based near Liskeard in Cornwall, was converting into a unique wedding venue. To promote this exciting new business, they engaged with Paddle Creative to develop a whole new brand and wedding sub-brand. The weddings industry is highly competitive. Lisa and Phil want to offer something different in their fantastic venue.

Blackwater Farm is celebratory rustic and authentic as a working farm, perfect for anyone looking for a wedding with a difference. Paddle Creative used this as inspiration for a brand with a rustic vibe, yet professional and modern. We also created a sub-brand, using the same brand guidelines for the 'Bridle & Groom' element of the design. The new branding was complemented with a drone video, shot and edited by Paddle Creative, which became the centrepiece of their new responsive website, which Paddle Creative created to showcase their farm as a wedding venue.
