A new home for a large housing developer.
8BUK, a large and fast-growing housing developer in the Midlands required a new brand to showcase and sell their high-quality housing developments. Paddle created a new sub-brand identity bolstered by a new website promoted via a range of digital channels. The aim was to drive awareness of the developments and sell more houses off-plan. This was acheived and has led to 8BUK being able to purchase land and develop sites more rapidly, aiding their business expansion.
Complimenting the new brand was new creatives including site signage, office re-design, new business cards, vehicle branding and signage and uniforms.

What PAddle Did
Selling a range of homes across the Midlands, Distinct Homes branding was created to help the client stand out in a crowded market. This was then used across digital and offline areas, from new website to site signage and team uniforms.
A distinct new website was developed to aid the selling of new homes off-plan. Development micro-sites were developed, with full CMS capability allowing the client to update the website, including adding new pages and blogs/news items. The site was of course made responsive, and includes a property search function.
As an established and respected business, parent company 8B UK required a complete business kit, which their team could simply access in their day to day work. This included letterheads, email signatures, a styleguide and brand DNA and even new site signage.
