Respected IT recruiter given new brand identity, custom Webflow website and SEO

Challenge

ITRS experienced 400% growth in 3 years but had no real brand identity or a website that represented what they did, despite working with some global tech companies. The challenge was to help ITRS create a distinctive brand identity. Founder Paul Wilson also wanted to push the boundaries of what a recruitment website looks like and tasked Paddle Creative with developing a totally unique website in this sector with animations and illustrations at the core.

Paddle Creative worked with ITRS to create a unique brand that instantly resonates with its clients. We then developed a custom Webflow website with a range of bespoke illustrations and animations to give the website a quirky edge, in an industry where many websites take the safe option. The website is built in the Webflow platform, giving the client an easy-to-use CMS. We also implemented local SEO to help the business gain added search prescence.
