A digital guestbook for a new age in hospitality

Challenge
Fiona, owner of The Old Post House B&B in St Just, Cornwall approached Paddle Creative mid-COVID-19 pandemic. Recognising the need for a new approach post-COVID, Fiona tasked Paddle Creative with developing a bespoke Digital Guestbook experience for guests to use in their rooms on in-room iPads. This was a new concept that Paddle Creative loved to tackle.
A digital in-room experience for guests
With new iPads installed in every room and at reception, Paddle Creative took the content provided by the client and created a unique Digital Guestbook experience. This COVID-safe and modern approach enabled the guesthouse residents to explore facilities, the area and local walks from the comfort of their room. The client can easily update the guestbook using the CMS and push updates straight to guests across all iPads.
